What we collect when you contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Draft for review. This page describes how the contact forms on this site are meant to work once they are connected to an inbox. It has not been checked by a lawyer and needs that before launch.
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact options, plus a little context so we can answer properly.
- If you send us a brief: what you are bringing, what you are building, your description, when you want to start, your name, your email address and, if you choose, your phone number.
- If you ask for a call: the day and rough time you prefer, your time zone, what you want to talk about, your name and your email address.
- The page you were on and, if you were reading a case study, which project, so we can reply in context.
- If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or phone: whatever you choose to tell us.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to arrange a call and to understand what you need. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Who sees it
The Authguard team members who answer enquiries. Once the form is connected, the service that delivers form messages to us will also handle them. To add: name of that service
How long we keep it
To add: how long enquiries are kept, and what happens to them afterwards
Cookies and similar
This site does not set tracking cookies. It remembers two small preferences in your browser: whether cursor effects are on, and which contact style you chose. They stay on your device. If we add analytics at launch, this section will be updated before it goes live.
The typefaces are served from this site itself, so your browser makes no request to Google or any other font service when a page opens.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@authguardtech.com.
Who we are
Authguard Technology Private Limited. To add: registered address and registration number, if you want them shown
