Reservations everywhere
Several properties, guests and booking statuses need one reliable place to be reviewed and managed.
A cottage booking platform that brings property operations, guest reservations and direct bookings into one connected experience. An owner portal on one side, a booking site for guests on the other.

Illustrated interface with sample guests and dates.
Accepting a reservation is the easy part. Keeping the whole stay organised, before, during and after, is where the work is.
Several properties, guests and booking statuses need one reliable place to be reviewed and managed.
Checking dates and blocking nights by hand gets confusing without one shared calendar.
Guests want a short path from looking at a property to choosing dates and seeing the price.
That was the brief we designed against: one product for the owner, one for the guest, both reading from the same bookings.
Instead of adding another tool, we organised the product around what owners already do every day: see who is arriving, check a date, deal with a booking. Navigation stays familiar and booking states stay visible.
Owners see what they need to run the properties. Guests see what they need to plan a stay. Neither side has to wade through the other's controls.
Property and reservation details sit together on a single dashboard.
Check a date range and manage blocks on a visual calendar.
Listing management connects to a public booking journey.
Three screens to try. They run on sample data, and they talk to each other.

Interface shown with sample guests, dates and prices. It illustrates the screens and does not show live data.
What the owner sets up is what the guest sees.
We built on long-standing usability principles and kept the product honest about what is happening.
Reservation states and selected dates say what is happening, in words as well as colour.
Plain labels and structured information mean nobody has to remember how the product works.
Each screen shows the task in hand, not every setting at once.
Good software should not make people learn its complexity. It should reduce how often they have to think about it.
Bookings, properties and important operating details in one place.
Recognisable statuses and structured date management.
Consistent menus and familiar interaction patterns.
Property details, stay selection and booking steps presented clearly.
To add: verified numbers, such as bookings handled or time saved, once the product has live data we can quote.
To add: what it is built with, if you want technical buyers to see it.
