Check in a crowd without the queue.
A live event management platform. Organisers build and run the event on the web, door staff check people in with a tablet app, and exhibitors scan badges with their own phone. We built all three.
The control room
Organisers set up the event, the badge and the door screen on the web.
The door
Staff scan a QR code or search a name, then print the badge on the spot.
The stands
Exhibitors scan badges on their own phone and leave with a list of leads.
Three people, three screens, one event.
Everyone works from the same event data. Pick a role to see what they get.
Is the event ready for the doors to open?
- 1Import attendees and exhibitors, or add them by hand.
- 2Design the badge and the check-in screen.
- 3Watch registrations and check-ins on the dashboard.

One control room for the whole event.
Tickets, attendees, the door, exhibitors, round tables and emails all hang off one menu. Four screens show how it fits together.
The event at a glance.
Registered, sent a QR code, checked in, exhibitors and leads scanned sit in one strip. Registrations over time run underneath.
- 1The event, with its name and dates
- 2The six counts that matter on the day
- 3Registrations over time, so a spike never surprises you
- 4Every part of the event in one menu
See the queue before it forms.
Check-ins, completion rate, badges printed and reprinted, then a heatmap of printing by day and hour.
- 1Check-ins, completion, prints and reprints
- 2Badge printing by day and hour
- 3The most active exhibitors
- 4The most active attendees
Design the door screen without a developer.
Set the title, logo, font colour, check-in options, layout and background. The preview shows what the tablet will show.
- 1Details, confirmation page and other settings
- 2Title and sub title, in your own words
- 3A live preview of the tablet screen
Design the badge once, print it everywhere.
Pick a badge size, then lay out names, company, QR code, images and shapes. The tablet prints the same badge at check-in.
- 1Layout, user info, image, text and shape
- 2Badge size, such as double-sided 4 x 6
- 3A live preview of both sides of the badge

Design the badge. Print it at the door.
The web designer lays the badge out. The check-in app prints it the moment someone is scanned in. Try a small version of it here.
An illustration of the badge designer, not the live tool. The code is a pattern, not a real QR code.

A check-in app built for the door.
Door staff need two things: find the person and hand over a badge. So the app opens on exactly two buttons.
- Scan a QR code, or search by name
- Prints the badge as part of the check-in
- Event, device and printer settings sit in one side menu
- Attendees never install anything
- 1
Two big buttons, nothing else.
The home screen carries the event name and two big buttons: check in with a QR code, or check in with a search. Colours and logo come from the web designer.
- 2
Setup lives in a side menu.
Event settings, device settings and printer settings stay out of the way until the host needs them.

A lead scanner for every exhibitor.
Exhibitors get their own phone app. They scan a badge, rate the lead and leave with a list they can export. For the organiser it is also a new revenue stream.
- Scan a badge, or search the attendee list
- Capture email and phone for follow-up
- Rate each lead so the warm ones stand out
- 1
Sign in with a password or a scan.
A QR scan login saves exhibitors typing a password on a busy stand.
- 2
Scan or open the list.
The home screen has two tiles: scan a badge, or see the leads collected so far.
- 3
Sync and export in one tap.
The menu holds the events, QR login, scan, leads, sync and export, so nothing is lost when the show ends.

Rush hour has a shape.
These numbers come from a real event, with the details removed. Hover or tap a cell to read it.
Badges printed, by day and hour.
Day 1, 16:00: 266 badges printed. The busiest hour of the whole event.
Questions organisers ask.
Short answers about the door, the badges and the data.
Do attendees need to install anything?
No. Attendees show a QR code and the door staff scan it. Only hosts and exhibitors use the apps.
Can we bring our own attendee list?
Yes. Attendees and exhibitors can be imported, and walk-ins can be registered at the door on the day.
Can the door screen and badge match our event?
Yes. The check-in screen and the badge each have a designer on the web, with logo, colours, layout and background.
What do exhibitors get out of it?
A list of everyone they scanned, with email and phone, ready to export. Organisers can licence the scanner to exhibitors, which turns it into a revenue stream.
What do organisers see afterwards?
Reports and post-event data: check-in completion, badge prints and reprints, and the most active exhibitors and attendees.
What happens to attendee data?
Consent is managed inside the platform. The store listings for both apps declare that they collect no data and share none with third parties.
